CMS? - What is it?
Up to now the cost of entry to develop a Content Management System to run individual websites has been cost prohibitive to most people. Due to the success of our Freestyle Content Management System we have been able to dramatically reduce the cost of entry into the use of such systems.
We have bundled our CMS and Hosting packages to provide access to your own site for only 49.00 Euro per month (250MB) & 69.00 Euro per month (500MB).

Hosting:
The basic offering allows for a total of 250MB of space. This covers the installation itself, all content and images and email.
There is no restriction as to the number of microsites, pages and subpages.
All subpages appear within each website/sub-site's template. Additional space can be purchased as the need arises.
Secure Logins:
The site can be set up so that each sub-user can have access to certain areas within the site and not others if necessary.

Templates:
We design & build the template according to your specification. There are a number of basic layouts available which can be modified to suit each clients needs, with client logos, branding and colours. These are basic layouts to indicate position of navigation etc. and do not represent the final look of the site.
Training:
The client can decide how much or how little training required on clients premises. 150.00 per half day (includes travelling time).

Affiliation Programs & Marketing:
Affiliation signup and placement for the generation of residual income from the site, within the site can be part of the training provided and would take no more that 45mins. Training can be tailored to user requirements.
Search Engine Submission:
We initially submit your site once launched to as many different search engines as possible. Once we have completed this process we can monitor the statistics and advise on a course of action and possible targeted maketing strategy. |
Hit Tracking:
The management system itself can track Page hits, Main Section Hits and Total hits.
Webaliser for the main installation tracks hits and Referrers like Google etc.

Google Analytics are also available on request.
Email & Domain Control Panel:
Access to a dedicated Control Panel set up to allow you to manage email addresses and the hosted domain:- set up new users, set passwords and quotas etc. Users can be allocated as much or as little space as they require within your total hosing space allocation. The average space allocation per user is about 5MB

Support:
Our Telephone *Support system is included in the basic monthly hosting charge and provides for 50 credit points which equates to about 25 hours of Telephone support.

Add, Edit & Delete
You will then have the ability to add, edit delete pages and content on pages by simply using the very simple icon based software couldn't be easier. We appreciate that it may look complicated at first but training is provided and takes no more that one morning should you choose to implement it on your site.

What we need to start:
Any graphics, logos, photographs and a sitemap. Don't worry if the sitemap has not been finalised as you can modify this over time to reflect your needs by simply adding or deleting new sections / pages to your site, full training given.
